What to expect when working with LAWINKING office?

Contacting an advocate can be an intimidating experience, especially if this is your first time hiring an advocate. Here is an overview of what to expect when working with LAWINKING online expert legal support.
 

1. Scheduling your initial consultation : If you Email to schedule an initial consultation, you'll be assisted by Advocate (LAWINKING Support). They handle our scheduling. You can also make an appointment online via Live Support directly from the website.
 

2. Documents : Sometimes legal support needs a few documents from you, as it will be more convenient to send an Email or WhatsApp to Live Support, They will walk you through any of those document needs, and how to get them to our legal department.
 

3. Initial Consultation : Plan on 30-45 minutes to discuss your situation. The Legal Support will ask some background questions to understand your specific legal situation, along with answering the questions you may have. During this the legal support may determine that you have a case; other times they may want you to schedule a follow-up consultation.
 

4. Follow-Up Consultation : You may need a follow-up meeting after your initial consultation. No worries, these are free, so you won't need to worry. Legal Support may give you "homework" to gather together for this follow-up call - this homework is usually documents or other information needed to further assess your potential case.
 

5. LAWINKING Legal Steps : Sometimes people don't need an advocate; they just need to be pointed in the right direction and given some helpful legal advice. Your chat may end this way, and legal support is always happy to assist in this way.
 

6. Filing a Lawsuit : During one of your submission the legal support may determine you have a lawsuit. If so, they will explain how they will provide representation in your case, documents that will be sent to you to review/sign, and how the litigation process will work for your case.

At LAWINKING, Legal Experts, Advocates are fully paid under various legal fee arrangements.

• HOURLY FEE :
  On an hourly fee basis, fees are based on an hourly rate for services rendered. A detailed, itemized bill will be given to you showing all work done on your case.
  This explanation may come monthly or at the end of your case, whichever way you choose to be billed.
  Unless otherwise agreed, the hourly fee basis will be the presumed fee arrangement.
  

• FLAT FEE :
  On a flat fee basis, your legal fee is a stated sum for agreed upon services. No accounting will be made.
  

• CONTINGENCY FEE :
  On a contingency fee basis, your legal fees will be based on the amount of recovery we get for you; no recovery, no fee. You may have the option of choosing this plan in lieu of hourly charges. Not all cases qualify for the contingency basis; we will tell you if yours does. In either case, we will prepare for you an employment agreement setting forth the fee arrangement.

• OTHER POTENTIAL FEES :
  A full pre-payment will often be required in order to begin to process your matter and you will be kept advised as to how that pre-payment is being used.  Bills will be sent to you periodically showing your charges and payments.
  

Certain cases may have a minimum fee. This means that no hourly accounting will be made unless excess time is expended. We try to keep legal fees as reasonable as possible. The amount of services required, however, is not fully within our control. We discuss with our client options for services and the benefits of services. Sometimes, however, services are directly related to an opposing party’s action or inaction.
