Rules Relating Services

If you use the services, you are solely responsible for communications posted by you or through your Account. LAWINKING may sublicense these rights to third parties. Copyright Infringement Notification & Other Reports LAWINKING relies on users of the Site to bring copyright violations to our attention. If you are aware of infringing materials on the Site, please notify to lawinking.com@gmail.com To be effective, the Notification must include the following:  A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;  Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;  Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit LAWINKING™ to locate the material;  Information reasonably sufficient to permit LAWINKING to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the you may be contacted; Notwithstanding the foregoing, LawInking™ does not guarantee any action based upon the receipt of such information. All legal queries not in complete format compliance with the above notice and procedure for making claims of copyright Infringement shall receive no confirmation response of whatsoever nature. Your Representations & Warranties You represent and warrant for the benefit of LAWINKING and LAWINKING licensors, suppliers, and any third parties mentioned on the Site that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age or you have obtained verifiable parental consent to use this site; (b) you possess the legal right and ability to enter into and make the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement; (c) all information that you submit to us is true and accurate; (d) you will keep your registration information current; (e) you will be responsible for all use of your Account even if such use was conducted without your authority or permission (for example, and not by way of limitation, if an unauthorized third party submits or answers a question under your Account); (f) you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement (for example, and not by way of limitation, abiding by the Service Rules); and (g) all Submissions are owned by you and LAWINKING use of the Submissions does not infringe or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third parties.

Breach of Agreement

Legal Support immediately issues a reminder, warning (not necessarily always, sometime even with out a notice), temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate access to your account, any of your current auctions, and any other information you place on the site if you breach this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide us Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LAWINKING its members ,officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all claims, actions or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising in connection with your use of the Site or resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the Site or your violation of this Agreement.

Default of Services

The site shall not be held liable or considered in default of its service agreements, implied or express, when the delay of performance is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and occurring without our fault or negligence, such as, but not limited to the following: Failure by third party subcontractors, suppliers and/or carriers to provide agreed upon service(s) Problems or failures in accessing on-line information sources Problems or failures with phone lines, internet access service, web site hosting service, or other third party service providers, such as, but not limited to the following:  Server failures  Software glitches  Disputes with copyright owners  Licensor labor disputes  Wide spread virus problems (which may incapacitate a single computer, the server, or the internet as a whole)  Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire)  Wars, riots or other acts of civil or military authorities  National emergencies  The Website Contents  Comments, brief notes and other information presented on the site are generalizations and may not apply to every situation. Miscellaneous

Agreement or If any part of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision (or portion) will be deemed superseded by valid, enforceable language that most closely matches the intent and allocation of risk in the original provision (or portion) and the rest of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LAWINKING with respect to the Site and your use of the Site, and supersedes all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications or displays whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and LAWINKING regarding the Site and your activities.

Geographical & Export Restrictions

You agree that all Content posted or accessible via the Site is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the Government. You agree not to export or re-export any Content directly or indirectly, to any country not permitted by country government export restrictions.  The unexpected site down time is not manageable and will not be excluded from the Program. The amount you paid as a retainer fee is not refundable. Paid Services Policy LAWINKING is not giving any guaranty to the paid services. But as you know, paid services would attract experts and motivate them to provide a better service. Please read & understand the respective service detail and refund policies in detail before proceed with the payment.

Payment Transfer to Lawyers Policy

There are cases where LAWINKING has to pay to lawyers for their services with us. LawInking™ will be transferring the pending payment to the lawyers on monthly bases subject to the minimum amount Rs.1100 and the bank account given.

Default of Services

If you are a lawyer/law firm by registering with LAWINKING™ you agree to provide the services that you have selected or the default services in case if you have not particularly denied any services. LAWINKING as an entity doesn't provide any legal services only the lawyers who are registered with LAWINKING provides legal services to the clients who approach them through LAWINKING.

Paid Services Policy

Paid Services Policy varies subject to the law of the land. Payment Transfer to Lawyers and law firms who are registered with LAWINKING implicitly agree to pay LAWINKING service charge for each service that they opt to provide to the client who approach and make their payment to the lawyers through LAWINKING™. If the lawyer/law firm does not provide the service opted by the client within the stipulated date mentioned in our website or the date provided by the lawyer/law firm himself and if the lawyer has not reverted to the email sent to by LAWINKING and the client in such case the client can claim for refund by sending and email request along with the proof of email sent to the lawyer/ law firm. LAWINKING Legal Solutions Support Services Team shall not tolerate any misbehaviour or bad conduct while providing legal consultation.
